If you would like to return an item for store credit or exchange, please visit https://dsculptingcurves.loopreturns.com/#/ to file your return. The process is quick and simple. You will be guided through the steps online. Just make sure you have your order number and the email used at checkout.

Dsculptingcurves does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges 

Return Policy

Customers have 30 days from the fulfillment date to return item(s) for Refunds or Exchange.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer. Shipping costs are as follows:

• $12.00 handling fee for returns when a refund requested. The shipping label for the return will be provided by us.
• Customers have 30 days from the fulfillment date to return the item(s) for a refund.
• All refunds will be returned to the original payment method associated with the order once package is delivered and inspected by our team.

• $9.99 handling fee for returns when an exchange is requested. 
• Size and item exchanges may be completed through our Loop Returns Portal.
• Customers have 30 days from the fulfillment date to file for an exchange. 
• Exchanges will be processed once package is delivered and inspected by our team.

• If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to Dsculpting.curves@gmail.com

• If an item is incorrect or defective, it is eligible for replacement strictly within the 5 day period, so please inspect your items immediately.

• Finale Sale Items: All items ending in $.00, .96, .97, .98 are NON- REFUNDABLE or exchanged by store credit. These items do not qualify to be returned through our loop returns portal; if one of these items is returned, we will not be able to process them. 
• Please wait for Loop Return Portal to approve before sending your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.
